Sec. 23.071. ANNUAL REPORT; PROVISION OF REQUIRED INFORMATION.
(a)A corporation shall annually make a report of its condition to the banking commissioner and the Texas Department of Insurance.
(b)A corporation shall provide any information that is required by the secretary of state.
