Sec. 21.907. SHAREHOLDER MEETING; QUORUM AND VOTING.

(a)At the shareholder meeting, the quorum and voting requirements applicable to the approval of the ratification of a defective corporate act under Section 21.905 are the same as the quorum and voting requirements applicable at the time of the approval by the shareholders of the ratification for the type of ratified defective corporate act proposed to be approved, except as provided by this section.
