Sec. 21.655. MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.
(a)If provided by the certificate of formation or bylaws of an investment company, the investment company is not required to hold an annual meeting of shareholders or elect directors in a year in which an election of directors is not required under the Investment Company Act.
(b)If an investment company is required to hold a meeting of shareholders to elect directors under the Investment Company Act, the meeting shall be designated as the annual meeting of shareholders for that year.
