Sec. 21.354. INSPECTION OF VOTING LIST.

(a)The list of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting prepared under Section 21.372 shall be subject to inspection by a shareholder during regular business hours. (a-1) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 27 (S.B. 1514 ), Sec. 59(3), eff. September 1, 2023.

(b)The original share transfer records are prima facie evidence of which shareholders are entitled to inspect the list.

Sec. 21.354. INSPECTION OF VOTING LIST.
