Sec. 11.354. PAYMENT FROM ACCOUNT BY COMPTROLLER.
(a)To claim money deposited in an account under Section 11.352 , a person must submit to the comptroller satisfactory written proof of the person's right to the money not later than the seventh anniversary of the date the money was deposited with the comptroller.
(b)The comptroller shall issue a warrant drawn on the account created under Section 11.352 in favor of a person who meets the requirements for making a claim under Subsection (a) and in the amount to which the person is entitled.
