Sec. 10.365. COURT COSTS; COMPENSATION FOR APPRAISER.
(a)An appraiser appointed under Section 10.361 is entitled to a reasonable fee payable from court costs.
(b)All court costs shall be allocated between the responsible organization and the dissenting owners in the manner that the court determines to be fair and equitable.
