Sec. 10.353. FORM AND VALIDITY OF NOTICE.

(a)Notice required under this subchapter:
(1)must be in writing; and
(2)may be mailed, hand-delivered, or delivered by courier or electronic transmission.
(b)Failure to provide notice as required by this subchapter does not invalidate any action taken.
