Sec. 55.103. PROVISION OF SERVICE.
(a)A telecommunications utility may offer caller identification services under this subchapter only if the utility obtains written authorization from the commission.
(b)A commercial mobile service provider may offer caller identification services in accordance with Sections 55.104 , 55.105 , 55.106 , 55.1065, and 55.107 .
