Sec. 21.103. RETENTION OF RECORDS.

(a)A foreclosure consultant shall keep each record and document, including the foreclosure consultant contract, related to foreclosure consulting services performed on behalf of a homeowner.
(b)A foreclosure consultant shall retain the records described by Subsection (a) until at least the third anniversary of the day the foreclosure consultant contract entered into by the consultant and the homeowner was terminated or concluded. SUBCHAPTER D. ENFORCEMENT
