Sec. 181.204. APPEAL TO DISTRICT COURT. A person affected by a final order of the banking commissioner may appeal the final order by filing a petition for judicial review as provided by Chapter 2001 , Government Code. A petition for judicial review filed in the district court does not stay or vacate the appealed order unless the court, after notice and hearing, expressly stays or vacates the order. SUBCHAPTER D.
