Sec. 152.0241. BOSQUE COUNTY.

(a)Bosque County is included in the Bosque, Comanche, and Hamilton counties juvenile board. The juvenile board is composed of:
(1)the county judge in Bosque County;
(2)the county judge in Comanche County;
(3)the county judge in Hamilton County;
(4)the 220th Judicial District judge; and
(5)the judge of the County Court at Law of Bosque County.
(b)The 220th Judicial District judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.
(c)The commissioners court of Bosque County shall pay the county judge in Bosque County and the 220th Judicial District judge additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not less than the amount paid to a board member under this section on October 1, 1998.
