Text

The qualifications of a metropolitan hearing officer are as follows:

(1)A resident of the county, having been a resident for at least three (3) years immediately prior to appointment; and (2) An attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee for at least three (3) years immediately prior to appointment.
