Text
(a)The Tennessee soil and water conservation commission is not entitled to collect any fee for the filing of the petition, the issuing of the charter, or other services rendered by it under this chapter.
(b)The fee of the county register for recording the charter of such district shall be one dollar ($1.00).
(c)The county clerk and the county assessor of property are not entitled to any fee for the services required to be rendered by them under this chapter.
