(a)The vote at such election shall be by ballot, and such ballot shall comply with the usual requirements for an official ballot for public office insofar as such requirements are applicable. Upon such ballot shall be printed the following question: Shall the board of directors of the proposed ______________ Watershed District proceed with the creation of the district in accordance with the Watershed District Act of 1955? Yes [] No []. To vote for the proposal, the voter shall make a cross mark (x) in the square after the word "yes." To vote against the proposal, the voter shall make a cross mark (x) in the square after the word "no." (b) Any person who is qualified to vote in accordance with the definitions contained in this chapter shall be entitled to vote.
