§ 69-6-104 — Contents of petition

(a)The petition shall set forth:
(1)(A) The proposed name of the district;
(B)Wherever practical the name of the district shall include the name of the principal body of water located in the watershed, such as " ______________ Watershed District";
(C)The Tennessee soil and water conservation commission is empowered to reject the proposed name where a watershed district previously established has the same or a closely similar name;
(2)A description of the boundaries of the area to be included in the district;
(3)A statement of the purposes for which the district is to be organized;
(4)A statement of the number of persons who shall constitute the temporary board of directors of the district, which shall be not less than five (5) nor more than nine (9), together with the names and addr
