§ 69-3-103 — Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)"Administrator" means the administrator, or head by whatever name, of the United States environmental protection agency;
(2)"Animal feeding operation" means a lot or facility, other than an aquatic animal production facility, where the following conditions are met:
(A)Animals, other than aquatic animals, have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of forty-five (45) days or more in any twelve-month period; and (B) Crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility;
(3)"Areawide waste treatment management plan" means a plan that has been approved by the administrator pursuant to § 208 of the Fe
