Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of health or the commissioner's designated representative;
(2)"Department" means the department of health; and (3) "Hemophilia" means a bleeding tendency resulting from a genetically determined deficiency factor in the blood.
