§ 68-221-618 — Compensation of board members

Tennessee·Title 68
The members of the board of commissioners shall serve without compensation for their services, except that by resolution duly adopted by the board, each commissioner may receive a per diem payment for not more than six (6) meetings of the board in any calendar year at a rate not greater than three hundred dollars ($300) per meeting.
