§ 68-217-113 — State and local permits - Exceptions
Tennessee·Title 68
No state or local permits shall be required for activities that are conducted:
(1)As part of a response or remedial action overseen by the department pursuant to this chapter;
(2)Entirely on-site; and (3) In accordance with this part; provided, that such activities meet all standards that would apply if such permits were required.
