Text
Subject to any necessary appropriation by the general assembly, the governor is authorized to enter into one (1) or more interstate agreements governing the import and export of hazardous waste between this state and other states as may be required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, § 104(c)(9) ( 42 U.S.C. § 9604(c)(9) ).
