(a)The authority has the power to issue bonds from time to time in order to accomplish its purposes. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, all bonds issued by the authority shall be payable solely out of the revenue and receipts derived from the authority's projects or of any thereof as may be designated in the proceedings of the board of directors under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued, including debt obligations of the lessee or contracting party obtained from or in connection with the financing of a project. Such bonds may be issued in one (1) or more series, may be executed and delivered by the authority at any time and from time to time, may be in such form and denomination and of such terms and maturities, may be subject to redemption prior to maturity eithe
