§ 68-141-106 — Tennessee poison control network advisory committee

The commissioner of health may appoint the members of the Tennessee poison control network advisory committee, which is created to advise the department on matters pertaining to the designation, standards and coordination of regional poison control centers participating in the Tennessee poison control network. The committee shall consist of no more than nine (9) members, which shall include the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, at least one (1) representative from each regional poison control center, knowledgeable members of the general public, and representatives of governmental agencies involved in poison safety or public health.
