Text

(a)The commissioner and the commissioner's authorized representatives, upon showing proper credentials and in the discharge of their duties pursuant to this part or the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.) are authorized, at reasonable hours and without advance notice, to enter and inspect all factories, warehouses, establishments or locations in this state in which manufactured homes are manufactured, sold, leased or distributed.
(b)No person may interfere with, obstruct or hinder an authorized representative of the commissioner who displays proper credentials in the performance of such representative's duties as set forth in this part.
