(a)There is created within the department of labor and workforce development a board of boiler rules, which shall hereafter be referred to as the "board," consisting of five (5) members who shall be appointed to the board by the governor. The original appointments were one (1) for a term of one (1) year, one (1) for a term of two (2) years, one (1) for a term of three (3) years and two (2) for a term of four (4) years. At the expiration of their respective terms of office, they, or their successors identifiable with the same interest respectively as provided in this section, shall be appointed for terms of four (4) years each.
