§ 68-114-108 — Person involved in accident at ski area resulting in bodily injury to remain at scene to furnish name and contact information - Exception

(a) Any person who is involved in, causes, or contributes to an accident or collision at a ski area that results in bodily injury shall remain in the immediate vicinity of the accident until furnishing a member of the ski patrol or an employee or representative of the ski area operator the person's name and other contact information. (b) Subsection (a) shall not apply if the person leaves the immediate vicinity of the accident or collision for the sole purpose of securing aid for a person who may have been injured in the accident or collision; provided, that the person returns to the scene of the accident or collision after securing aid and provides the person's name and contact information as required by subsection (a).
