Text
No nursing home or home for the aged may retaliate or discriminate in any manner against any person who:
(1)In good faith complains or provides information to, or otherwise cooperates with, any agency of government or any person or entity operating under contract with an agency of government, having any responsibility for protecting the rights of residents of nursing homes or homes for the aged; or (2) Attempts to assert any right protected by state or federal law.
