Text

The executive director of the health facilities commission shall submit a report no later than February 1 of each year to the governor, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, and the chief clerk of the senate, regarding the commission's nursing home inspection and enforcement activities during the previous year. The report must analyze trends in compliance with nursing home standards and residents' rights by nursing homes in this state, and must be limited to identifying those trends through aggregate and quantitative data only. In preparing the report, the executive director may utilize quantitative data compiled by nursing homes pursuant to federal or state regulations. The executive director shall ensure that the report is promptly made available to the public by dissemination
