Text
The division of TennCare or its successor, by the fifteenth of each month, shall submit to the chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and the house of representatives and to the office of legislative budget analysis a statement reflecting the estimated impact on future state appropriations or expenditures of applications approved by the commission the preceding month.
