If an applicant complies with the requirements of this part and the rules of the fire marshal, the fire marshal shall issue the license within sixty (60) days of receiving the application. The term of the license is one (1) year from the date of issuance. Each license issued shall contain a distinct number assigned to the particular exhibitor. The fire marshal shall maintain a list of all licensed exhibitors. In this list next to the exhibitor's name, the fire marshal shall insert the period of licensure and the exhibitor's license number. The list of licensed exhibitors shall be posted on the department's website.
