Text

To receive an exhibitor's license, an applicant shall:

(1)Make application to the fire marshal on a form prescribed by the fire marshal. The application must be accompanied by the required fee. An individual seeking a license as a sole proprietor or on behalf of a business entity must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and not have been convicted of or pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to a state or federal felony for the commission of an offense that bears directly on the applicant's fitness to practice competently, as determined by the fire marshal.
