§ 68-1-801 — Part definitions
Tennessee·Title 68
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of health or the commissioner's designated representative;
(2)"Committee" means the perinatal advisory committee;
(3)"Department" means the department of health; and (4) "Perinatal" means the period from time of conception through the first year of life of the infant and sixty (60) days post partum for the mother.
