§ 68-1-2302 — Part definitions
Tennessee·Title 68
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of health;
(2)"Department" means the department of health; and (3) "Office" means the office of child nutrition and wellness in the department, which is created in § 68-1-2304 .
