§ 68-1-146 — [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Prohibited corporate contributions
Tennessee·Title 68
The department of health shall not permit a corporation, as defined in § 48-11-201 , to receive in-kind contributions paid for by federal grant funds through § 317 or § 318 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. § 247b or § 247c ).
