Text
The department of health shall evaluate the resource mothers program through site visits and prepare written quarterly reports on the program site objectives. The report shall include a review of the following statistics:
(1)The number of pregnant teens entering the program;
(2)The number of infants entering the program;
(3)The number of infant deaths;
(4)The number and percent of low weight births;
(5)The number and percent of teens entering the program in the first trimester of pregnancy; and (6) The number and percent of postpartum teens returning to school.
