Each employee of the program, including each intern resident employed pursuant to § 68-1-1203(c) , shall at all times remain in compliance with, and shall fully abide by, all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and policies pertaining to abortion. Furthermore, each employee of the program, including each intern or resident employed pursuant to § 68-1-1203(c) , shall at all times remain in compliance with and shall fully abide by all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and policies pertaining to birth control devices and contraceptives.
