(a)This chapter does not authorize the use of roentgen rays and radium for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, or the use of electricity for purposes of skin cauterization, removal of warts, moles or other skin deformities.
(b)Electronic tweezers or nonneedle methods are prohibited within the practice of electrology, except as provided in this chapter.
