Text
(a)An applicant for a license shall:
(1)Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (2) Have an education equivalent to two (2) years of accredited college level coursework or national board for certification in hearing instrument sciences (NBC-HIS) board certification.
(b)Such applicant shall pay a nonrefundable application fee as set by the council no later than forty-five (45) days in advance of the next scheduled examination.
