Text

(a)The council shall meet at least once each year at a place and time determined by the chair. The council shall also meet at such other times and places as may be appropriate to carry out the purposes of this part.
(b)(1) Any member who misses more than fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled meetings in a calendar year shall be removed as a member of the council.
(2)The presiding officer of the council shall promptly notify, or cause to be notified, the appointing authority of any member who fails to satisfy the attendance requirement as prescribed in subdivision (b)(1).
