Text

(a)An applicant for licensure as a physical therapist shall have the following qualifications:
(1)Be of good moral character;
(2)Have completed the application process;
(3)Be a graduate of a professional physical therapy program accredited by a national accreditation agency recognized by the United States department of education and by the board of physical therapy; and (4) Have successfully passed an examination approved by the board.
(b)An applicant for license as a physical therapist assistant shall meet the following requirements:
(1)Be of good moral character;
(2)Have completed the application process;
(3)Be a graduate of a physical therapist assistant education program accredited by an accreditation agency approved by the board; and (4) Have successfully passed an examination
