Text

(a)The board shall elect annually a chair and vice chair.
(b)Each member shall receive all necessary expenses incident to conducting the business of the board and, in addition thereto, shall be entitled to a per diem of one hundred dollars ($100) for each day's service in conducting the business of the board. All reimbursements for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
(c)The board shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each year, the required meeting to be held at the state capitol. Called meetings may be held at the discretion of the chair or at the written request of any two (2) members of the board.
