(a)The pharmacist members of the board shall annually appoint a president and a vice president.

(b)The president of the board, and the vice president in the president's absence, shall preside at all meetings of the board and is responsible for the performance of all duties and functions of the board under this part.

(c)The board president may, if deemed necessary, split the board into panels of three (3) or more to conduct contested case hearings regarding disciplinary matters. A quorum of at least three (3) panel members is required at such hearings.

All reimbursement for travel expenses are in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
