Text

(a)The pharmacist members of the board shall annually appoint a president and a vice president.
(b)The president of the board, and the vice president in the president's absence, shall preside at all meetings of the board and is responsible for the performance of all duties and functions of the board under this part.
(c)The board president may, if deemed necessary, split the board into panels of three (3) or more to conduct contested case hearings regarding disciplinary matters. A quorum of at least three (3) panel members is required at such hearings.
(d)The board shall meet at least annually and at such other times as it deems necessary to perform its duties under this chapter. A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum for the conduct of board meetings and, except wh
