Text

(a)If a registered agent changes the street address of the registered agent's business office, the agent shall deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of change that states:
(1)The name of the limited partnership or registered foreign limited partnership represented by the registered agent;
(2)The name of the agent as currently shown in the records of the secretary of state for the limited partnership or registered foreign limited partnership; and (3) The agent's new street address including the zip code of its new registered office; and a mailing address such as a post office box if the United States postal service does not deliver to the new registered office; and the county in which the office is located.
