§ 61-3-1103 — Appraisal rights
Tennessee·Title 61
An interest holder of a domestic merging or converting limited partnership is entitled to contractual appraisal rights in connection with a transaction under this part only to the extent provided in:
(1)The partnership agreement; or (2) The plan.
