Text

(a)If the registration of a foreign limited partnership is administratively revoked pursuant to § 61-3-1009 , the partnership may apply to the secretary of state for reinstatement following the administrative revocation. The application must:
(1)State the name of the foreign limited partnership at the time of the revocation of the foreign limited partnership's registration;
(2)State a name for the limited partnership that satisfies § 61-3-112 ; and (3) State that the grounds for revocation of the foreign limited partnership's registration did not exist or have been eliminated.
(b)If the secretary of state determines that the application is accompanied by a confirmation of good standing with the department of revenue and contains the information required by subsection (a), and that the
