Text

Any member of the national guard who:

(1)Strikes the guard member's superior commissioned officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against that officer while in the execution of the officer's duty; or (2) Willfully disobeys a lawful command of the guard member's superior commissioned officer; is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
