Text
Any person of the Tennessee national guard who, without proper authority:
(1)Fails to go to the appointed place of duty at the time prescribed;
(2)Goes from that place; or (3) Absents self or remains absent from the unit, organization, or other place of duty at which the guard member is required to be at the time prescribed; is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
