Text

Any person who:

(1)Enlists or procures appointment in the national guard by means of knowingly false representations or deliberate concealment as to the person's qualifications for such enlistment or appointment and receives pay or allowances thereunder; or (2) Separates from the national guard by means of knowingly false representations or deliberate concealment as to the person's eligibility for such separation; is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
