Text
(a)No person shall operate any motorscooter at any time at a speed greater than thirty-five miles per hour (35 mph) unless the motorscooter is equipped with a head lamp or lamps that are adequate to reveal a person or vehicle at a distance of three hundred feet (300') ahead.
(b)A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
