(a)The director shall by regulation establish a motorcycle rider education program advisory committee to assist in the development of the motorcycle rider education program. The committee shall also monitor the program upon its implementation and report to the director as necessary with recommendations including, but not limited to, the administration, application, and substance of the program. The committee shall consist of five (5) members, including a chair, appointed by the director. One (1) member selected shall be a resident of each grand division, two (2) members shall be selected from the state at large, and not more than two (2) members shall be residents of the same grand division.
