(a)It is an offense for any person to:
(1)Photograph, photostat, duplicate or in any way reproduce any driver license, certificate of driving or other government-issued photo identification document or facsimile thereof in such a manner that it could be mistaken for a valid license, certificate of driving or other government-issued photo identification document; or (2) Issue, sell or cause to be sold a driver license, certificate of driving or other government-issued photo identification document or facsimile thereof unless sold in compliance with this chapter.
(b)A violation of subsection (a) for the first time is a Class A misdemeanor. A second or subsequent violation of subsection (a) is a Class E felony, with suspension of driving privileges for a period of not less than one (1) yea
